Turrican is a popular franchise from Rainbow Arts and Factor 5 originating on the Commodore 64 and Amiga Computers, and have since been ported to many consoles and computers, and had many sequels over the years. The Turrican series is about a bio-engineered man in a high-tech battle suit who saves the universe from evil forces like Morgul and the Machine. The gameplay is a cross between Metroid and Psycho-Nics Oscar. The huge levels and morph-ball function is similar to Metroid, but the overall graphics designs and weapons were lifted from Psycho-Nics Oscar. This CD is a compilation of arranged songs from the Turrican series. The tracks were composed and arranged by Chris Huelsbeck himself.
