⭐️RECIPES⭐️

⭐️CREAMY CORN CHOWDER
- 2 potatoes
- 2-5 cloves garlic
- 1 can corn (1.5 cups)
-1 big onion
- 3 celery stalks
- 3 carrots
- water or broth, 4 inches over vegetables
-1 cup of plant based milk
1/2 cup of chickpea flour

⭐️CHUBEZA TECHINA PESTO

- 2 cups greens (chubeza,
spinach, parsley, whatever)
-1/2 cup techina
-juice 1/2 lemon
-salt to taste
-around 1/3 cup water

⭐️BRISKET & VEGGIE STEW
2 lbs. beef brisket or any beef
4 carrots
2 onions
6 cloves garlic
1/2 cup tomato paste
1 tsp paprika
1 tbsp dried parsley
3 bay leaves
1 tsp soy sauce
6 medium potatoes
2 1/2 cups water
2 tbsp flour
salt and black pepper, to taste
