बिना बुंदीचे मोतीचूर लाडू करण्यासाठी लागणारे साहित्य
• १ १/२ कप चणाडाळ
• १ १/२ कप पाणी
• १ कप +२ मोठे चमचे साखर
• खायचा केशरी रंग (ऐच्छिक)
• १/४ कप साजूक तूप
• मगज बी
• वेलची पूड
• १~२ मोठे चमचे साजूक तूप

Ingredients:
• 1 1/2 cup Chana dal
• 1 1/2 cup Sugar
• 1 cup + 2 tbsp Water
• Saffron food color (Optional)
• 1/4 cup Ghee
• Melon seeds
• Cardamom powder
• 1~2 tbsp Ghee

Method:
• Wash chana dal really good 3-4 times and soak it in enough water overnight.
• Drain all the water from the soaked chana dal and transfer it into a blender jar.
• Pulse it to coarse paste. Make sure you don’t blend it into fine paste and avoid use of water while
blending.
• Transfer it into a cooker pot and spread it evenly.
• Heat up 2” water in the cooker and place a stand.
• Transfer the cooker pot on the stand and cover it with a dish.
• Close the lid and cook on medium heat until 3 whistles.
• Take the cooked mixture out and let it cool own.
• Heat up a pan on medium heat and add sugar and water.
• Mix well and cook on high heat until sugar melts and the mixture comes to boil.
• When sugar melts and the mixture boils, turn the heat to low and cook the syrup for 5 minutes
more.
• For checking the consistency, take few drops of syrup out into a dish and let it cool down
completely. Check the syrup between 2 fingers. We want single thread consistency syrup.
• Turn the gas off and add saffron food color.
• Mix well and the sugar syrup is ready.
• Separate the cooked dal with the help of fork or knife or with hand.
• Heat up ghee on medium heat in a pan and add the cooked dal mixture.
• Roast it well on low heat for at least 10 minutes.
• Transfer the sugar syrup into this roasted mixture and mix well.
• Add melon seeds and cardamom powder and mix everything well together.
• Adding melon seeds is optional. You can skip it if you don’t want.
• Turn the gas off and add ghee.
• You can add kewara essence if you want.
• Mix well and let the mixture cool down a little.
• Roll ladoos from the mixture and motichoor ladoos are ready.
