Ingredients
Tomato- 6 mid sized
Grated boiled potato - 100 grams
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Chopped green chilli - 2
Maida - 1 tablespoon
Chopped coriander - 1 tablespoon
Maida
Cooking oil - 2 tablespoons
Sweet imli chutney
Mint coriander chutney
Chopped tomato
Chopped onion
Sev

Preparation
Cut off the top and bottom part of each tomato. Carve out the seeds. Keep aside.
In a mixing bowl add grated boiled potato, finely chopped green chilli, maida, chopped coriander and mix well. Roll out portions and stuff into the hollowed out tomato rounds. Coat both the faces with maida.
Pan fry until brown.
Lay on a serving plate. Top each tomato with sweet imli chutney, mint coriander chutney, chopped tomato and onion. Sprinkle sev and chopped coriander.
