DIY Manual SMD Vacuum Pick And Place Tool

Here is a cheap and easy way to build your own Vacuum Pick and Place machine for less then $40. I didn't think of this idea but rather got my inspiration from this instructables page:

The one thing I did change is getting the same air pump rated for 40 gallon fish tanks instead of only 20 gallons since it was only $2 more and this also means more suction ability.

Items needed:
20-40 Gallon rated Tetra Whisper aquarium air pump
3 feet of aquarium air tubing
Dispensing syringe
