Grilled Cheese #1

2 slices of Great Value white bread
2 slices of American cheese
1 tbsp softened unsalted butter


Grilled Cheese #2

2 slices of Walmart sourdough bread
1 tbsp softened unsalted butter
1 tbsp olive oil
Freshly grated Swiss, cheddar, and pepper jack cheeses


Grilled Cheese #3

Compound Butter
2 sticks softened unsalted butter
1 bulb of garlic (peeled)
Olive oil (enough to cover the garlic cloves)
Salt & pepper
Italian seasoning
Red pepper flakes

Grilled Cheese
2 slices of fresh sourdough
2 tbsp garlic confit compound butter (save the rest for later)
1 tbsp garlic infused olive oil
5 cheese blend (Swiss, muenster, cheddar, pepper jack, Parmigiano Reggiano)
Store bought pesto
Salt & pepper
