Method

Beetroot ko cut karke slices kar lenge black rice or yellow Rai donon ko mix karke दर-दरा peace lenge aur date gilas Pani leke ek jar mein dalenge usmein Beetroot bhi Dal denge pissi Rai, Lal mirch, chini, Namak Kala namak, sabko mix karke dhup mein rakh denge तीन-चार din ke liye upar kapda lapet ke, तीन-चार din ke bad usko kholenge Namak aur taste check karenge aur usko serve karenge glasses mein, bahut hi swadisht kanji Bankar ready hai jo ki gut health ke liye bahut hi beneficial hai ban ke ready hai
