In this video, we ride City Direct Bus Route 680 Direction 1.

On 15 December 2025, the LTA has further launched 5 more City Direct Bus Routes in the northeastern region (679 to 683). While 679 continues to serve the Central Business District, 680 to 683 prioritises its catchment around Novena and the Orchard Road shopping district instead. Around the heartland, 680 overlaps with much of the existing 660’s catchment, specifically around Hougang West and Buangkok. On its debut, it uses a fleet of electric buses from Sengkang West Bus Depot alongside other recently launched City Direct Bus Routes.
