In a free webinar on November 9, the UW–Madison School of Pharmacy hosted a presentation on psychedelic medicine featuring Professor Paul Hutson, Associate Professor Lucas Richert, and Assistant Professor Cody Wenthur.

This program provides an overview of psychedelic medicine and recent activities at the School of Pharmacy, as well as the wider UW campus, including the recent establishment of the Transdisciplinary Center for Research in Psychoactive Substances and the Psychoactive Pharmaceutical Investigation Program by the School of Pharmacy.

The panelists provide perspectives on the present, with eyes on the past and future. Topics include history, ethics, clinical practice, curricular offerings, gaps in training, and possible industry opportunities.
