Despite having moved up to a Group A Sierra Cosworth in 1991, technology had moved on and with rivals Kenny McKinstry, Bertie Fisher and Austin McHale all now in 4 wheel drive cars, Meagher in the 2 wheel drive Sierra was once again, against the odds.
