Shipwreck Stew - Hamburger Soup - Cowboy Soup - One Pot Meal - The Hillbilly Kitchen
This is a hearty, chunky stew/soup that's perfect on a cold day. This is a one pot meal that's easy to make, and puts all of that extra hamburger meat to good use. You can use fresh, frozen or canned vegetables. You can add pasta or any vegetables you have a taste for. I never make it the same way twice, but it is always delicious.

Ingredients:

1 lb. ground beef
1 onion
2 stalks celery
3 cups diced potatoes
1 can diced tomatoes
1 can kidney beans
1 can corn
Salt and pepper
