Beta Company, consisting of 300 Spartan-3s are dropped onto the surface of Pegasi-Delta to eliminate a Covenant refinery during operation "Torpedo". It is then no surprise that this would turn into one of the greatest loss of Spartans in a single battle to ever occur and somehow Ignis makes it worse.
