I know, I know women are strong but childbirth is challenging enough on its own without adding the poor treatment some women receive from their care provider.

Mamas, please and please don't ignore the signs of a care provider that has no empathy! Birth should not be looked back at in horror, its not okay!

And to those of us who have chosen to make a career out of caring for pregnant women please do just that, care for them!

My heart goes out to every woman who was treated poorly during pregnancy and child birth. You deserved better.
