Wampler's Fuzztration offers two distinct fuzzes along with an octaver circuit that can be placed before, after or independently of either fuzz. It does muff-like leads and doom, pillowed fuzz-face type tones and screaming octave laden tantrums. You can even do the ring mod thing by engaging the octaver on its own. This is a fuzz for the ages and one which I'm sure fuzz fiends will want to try for themselves.
