Making a hard dodger to replace a canvas sprayhood

This is the process I went through to make a solid dodger, over a few months! But I did about 1000 nautical miles sailing during that time, so the focus was on functionality to enable sailing, and tuning things up as time allowed along the way.

Thanks loads to Arie from YouTube channel ‪@tentmaran‬ who was my boat neighbour when I embarked on the project and I learnt a ton from watching him use a similar process making small dinghies. He also was able to sell me the yellow foam I needed which was so key to me being able to get on with this project and then.... GO SAILING!! Thanks Arie!
