Resep Chicken & Shrimp Roll (untuk 4 porsi)
Bahan:
200 gr paha ayam filet
120 gr udang kupas
3 siung bawang putih
1 sdm bawang goreng
1 butir putih telur
30 ml air
1 sdm maizena
1 sdm minyak ayam
1 sdt kaldu ayam bubuk
1 sdt garam
2 sdt gula pasir
1/8 sdt merica
Bahan kulit:
2 butir telur
1/8 sdt garam
Bahan pelapis basah:
100 ml susu
5 sdm tepung terigu
3 sdm putih telur
Bahan pelapis kering:
tepung roti putih
Pelengkap:
salad ala hokben
Cara membuat:
1. Masukkan bawang putih ke dalam food processor, haluskan kemudian masukkan ayam, udang, bawang goreng, garam, kaldu ayam bubuk, merica dan gula pasir, haluskan hingga lengket
2. Masukkan air, maizena, putih telur dan minyak ayam, haluskan hingga rata
3. Kocok telur dengan sedikit garam lalu masak telur dadar hingga matang
4. Siapkan telur dadar, tuang sebagian adonan lalu ratakan dan gulung
5. Kukus selama 15-20 menit di api sedang. Keluarkan dari kukusan lalu dinginkan dan potong-potong sesuai selera
6. Untuk tepung basah, campurkan putih telur, terigu dan susu, aduk rata
7. Celupkan chicken shrimp roll ke dalam tepung basah kemudian ke dalam tepung roti
8. Goreng hingga kecokelatan, tiriskan

Chicken & Shrimp Roll Recipe (yield 4 servings)
Ingredients:
200 g chicken thigh filet
120 g peeled shrimp
3 clove garlic
1 tbsp fried shallots
1 pc egg white
30 ml water
1 tbsp cornstarch
1 tbsp chicken oil
1 tsp chicken powder
1 tsp salt
2 tsp sugar
1/8 tsp pepper
Skin ingredients:
2 pc egg
1/8 tsp salt
Batter ingredients:
100 ml milk
5 tbsp flour
3 tbsp egg white
Coating ingredients:
White breadcrumbs
Add-ons:
Salad ala HokBen
Steps:
1. Add garlic into the food processor. Blend, then add chicken, shrimp, fried shallots, salt, chicken powder, pepper, and sugar. Blend until sticky.
2. Add water, cornstarch, egg white, and chicken oil. Blend evenly.
3. Beat the eggs with a bit of salt, then cook the Omelette.
4. Prepare the Omelette. Spread half of the meat dough evenly, then roll.
5. Steam for 15-20 minutes on medium heat. Set aside to cool down, then slice to your preference.
6. For the batter, mix egg white, flour, and milk evenly.
7. Dip the Chicken & Shrimp Roll into the batter, then coat with breadcrumbs.
8. Fry until golden brown. Set aside.
