In today’s video, I’m going to show you how to install stair treads and risers that will never squeak. You will also notice that during the entire installation we do not have any nails or screw penetrations through the face of the stairs and the risers. This is the best tutorial on how to build a stair case. We used three methods of securing the steps to the stringers.

This is our first go at building our own staircase, and we have definitely learned a lot and can do better in the future.
