A delicious family dish. As the warm weather approaches cooking with yoghurt becomes more appealing, because of yoghurt's cooling properties. I come from Marjeyoun in the south of Lebanon where cooking yoghurt dishes is very popular. I make my own goats yoghurt which I always cook with, for it gives the dishes such a fresh and tangy taste.
