Transforming the landscape of pediatric eye care in Odisha! 🌟

The L V Prasad Eye Institute #LVPEI, in collaboration with ‪@CFChangingLives‬ , is committed to combat Retinopathy of Prematurity (ROP) and safeguarding the sight of our tiniest citizens.

Leveraging cutting-edge technology and strategic partnership with #RashtriyaBalSwasthyaKaryakram (RBSK) Odisha (‪@mohfwindia‬), we screened 4727 babies for ROP, diagnosing 1527 with moderate-to-severe cases. Among them, 799 required treatment, while others were closely monitored, witnessing improvement over time.

But our journey doesn't end there. With our generous donors, supporters and expert health teams by our side, we're expanding our reach across 17 districts, ensuring no preterm baby is left behind. From live tele-screening to capacity-building workshops, our collaborative efforts empower local healthcare providers and revolutionize ROP care delivery.
