STAR SIGN YOGA // SAGITTARIUS // Zodiac Yoga // Vinyasa Yoga Flow

Namaste beautiful souls,

it is time for our last star sign flow - Sagittarius ♐
I am super excited for that flow, as I am Sagittarius myself. The symbol of Sagittarius is an archer, which stands for that people in that star sign are aiming towards their hopes, goals and dreams.
People in that Zodiac can be very restless and impatient. But hey, we are planet Jupiter and element fire, so we just BOOM💥 can explode sometimes, as we can be very impulsive😁.
So that for we will have some balancing posture, to just focus on the present moment and some of the asanas we are holding just a tiny little bit longer, to get a feeling of being grounded.
The body parts connected to that star sign are the veins, hip and thighs and I think that makes sense, as Sagittarius often experience tight hips. That's why we wil also open up this area and release tension over there. The chakra associated to that star sign is the third one, the Manipura chakra, which lies in the abdomen area. That's why we will also have some core activation.
