IPO Market Is Broken, Says FTV Capital's Bernstein

In an op-ed last month, FTV Capital Managing Partner Brad Bernstein wrote that the IPO window isn't closed, it's broken. Speaking with Sonali Basak on "Bloomberg Markets" he says it's not whether they can get public, it's how they thrive once they are public. He also discusses the opportunities to invest in private markets.
