The plaintiff used to be married to the defendant’s brother. She let the defendant use her car, but then it got impounded, so she’s suing for the cost of a car. The defendant argues he was pulled over for no reason, and when police searched the car, they found marijuana. He doesn’t think it’s his fault the car got impounded because the plaintiff doesn’t have insurance.

Now, the plaintiff is back. She brings her son to court and says he had cancer when he was young, but now he’s starting to act out. She’s suing for two unpaid loans.
