BAKE WITH ME | MILK BAR COMPOST COOKIES

These cookies have been deemed the "crack cookies" and for good reason. There's so many flavors and textures, Christina Tosi knows what she's doing! It's like she's a professional or something...

These are a part of my Christmas cookie boxes I make my family every year and they are one of the most highly requested in the bunch. I promise these won't disappoint, give them a try! Bake them up fresh or freeze them for individual consumption down the road.

-16 tablespoons softened butter
-1 cup granulated sugar
-2⁄3 cup brown sugar
-2 tbs light corn syrup
-1 egg
-1 tsp vanilla extract
-1 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
-1/2 tsp baking powder
-1/4 tsp baking soda
-1 tsp kosher salt
-3/4 cup mini chocolate chips
-1/2 cup butterscotch chips
-1/2 graham cracker crumbs
-1/3 cup old fashioned oats
-2 1/2 tsp ground coffee
-2 cups potato chips
-1 cup pretzels

(for 2 tbs sized cookie balls) oven set to 350F, bake for 12-14 minutes depending on your oven, I start checking at 10 minutes.
