There's a new mug shot of Susan Smith, the mom who drowned her two little boys in 1994. Smith, 46, looks very different from when the world came to know her 23 years ago, when she claimed she was carjacked with her sons still in the vehicle. The mug shot was obtained by People magazine, which says she's been disciplined for having had sex with two different corrections officers. Smith is not permitted to give interviews, but in 2015 wrote a letter to a newspaper claiming she's misunderstood. #InsideEdition
