बहुत सुन्दर गीत इस गीत में नायक या गायक जो भी हो वह अपनी नायिका को याद करता हुआ परदेश में यह गीत गा रहा है और याद कर रहा है कि कैसे उसने हंस-हंस कर उसे पान खिलाये थे, कैसे दो फागुन में सगुन या होली मनाती थी और चैत में चैता का आनन्द लेती थी। उसका यह भी कहना है कि किसी ने चुनरी में दाग भी लगा दिया जिसकी आशंका उसके कलेजे में तीर की तरह महसूस हो रहा है। नायक अपनी नायिका के साथ की खुशियों को याद कर के उसके विरह में अपने हृदय के उद्गार प्रकट कर रहा है कि अब वह कभी भी परदेश नहीं जाएगा। ऐसे गीतों को विरहा कहा जाता

In this song, whoever the hero or the singer is, he is singing this song in a foreign land remembering his heroine and remembering how she had laughingly fed him paan, how she had celebrated Holi in two Phaguns.She also says that someone has put a stain on her scarf and the fear of this is feeling like an arrow piercing her heart. The hero is expressing his heart's feelings of separation from his heroine by remembering the happiness he spent with her and that now he will never go abroad. Such songs are called 'Virha'.
