During your first visit, we will go over your full case history and also assess your painful condition or injury. Once we have identified the primary cause of your painful condition or injury we will address this by treating the appropriate area. Your treatment is usually carried out through light clothing and is primarily a hands-on approach. Your session typically involves the application of pressure to muscles that have been established as being problematic in order to restore your muscle tissue to a healthy state. The pressure used can range from light to deeper pressure. However, patient comfort is the most important aspect and the degree of pressure utilised is dictated by your age and suitability. For example, the pressure utilised on an elderly client would be far less than the pressure used on a strong rugby player in his thirties. Additionally, some light work may also be carried out on your joints as appropriate. You may also be given some exercise advice to facilitate your rehabilitation.

Typical changes that you will notice are:
Reduced or eliminated pain
Better or fully-restored full range of movement
Everyday tasks that you had difficulty with, or simply couldn't do are now much easier.
