Ukraine’s heroic 43rd Brigade attack a Russian trench in hellish conditions near Kupyansk

Heroic Ukrainian soldiers successfully attacked a Russian trench near Kupyansk. Intense first-person footage filmed by the men of the 43rd Brigade in Luhansk oblast shows an assault squad storming out of an armoured vehicle and opening fire. They quickly move across the shelled-out hellscape to enter the Russian trench. In freezing water that comes up to mid-thigh, the squad works together to shoot down Russian drones, launch grenades at the enemy, and flush them out. The battle took place at Yahidne, a small town to the east of Kupyansk. Russia has been attempting to break through to Kupyansk amid a winter offensive. But so far its efforts have failed, with Ukraine able to drive Putin’s men back.
