Today we’re turning tea into a full experience — like hotpot, but with tea!
This cozy Chinese afternoon tea is called 围炉煮茶 (charcoal stove tea), a tradition from my childhood in Sichuan. We brewed tea on a charcoal grill, grilled fruits and nuts, watch tv together drinking tea and eating warm fruits and nuts.
