I just updated both my A7 III and A7R3 cameras today. This is the best feature packed firmware update for A7III and A7R3 to date! Animal Eye AF works like magic and now I can take photos of my cats all day long without worrying about focusing at all!

You need to however select correct Face Detection modes in Menu settings for the Animal Eye AF to work.

Sorry, the recording quality is a bit low, as I'm using my action cam mounted on my helmet to make this video.
