Take a mixing bowl. put one cup of semolina, half cup of rice flour and another half cup of sooji, one cup of sugar, salt, one cup of curd, Then mix them and make a thick batter. Then half cup of hot milk mix with the batter rest it for 8-10 minutes Take a steel pot and brush inside with oil so that recipe may taken out easily. Then mix some dry fruits and half teaspoon baking powder with the batter. pour the batter in steel pot,gurnish some dry fruits and tooty frooti. take a kadhai and a stand. pour small quantity of water in it and put on a oven . when the water becomes hot, put the steel pot on the stand and cover with lid. take 30 minutes to steam. after 30 minutes cool it and demould it. then cut into pieces and serve...
