You can replace Vidya - Agave with Lyfe - Wednesday, Chenxing - Ethereal Cloud, or even Tess - The Magician's follow up Attack
Basically anyone that can do Paralyze

You need to time your Paralyze so it hit on ~0.1s window just before Cerberus Teleport away. That ~0.1s window also need on the exact frame or else it just do DMG and not Paralyze. It is Hard to do but not impossible, just keep trying
