This video from our documentation library recorded on November 6th, 2023 shows Google Ads' broken verification process for advertisers with multiple payment profiles using the same business name. Due to no visible payment profile IDs, when chosen for verification, advertisers were forced to select a payment profile which might not have corresponded with the account or have an inevitable suspension. Google has since fixed the process, but are punishing previously verified accounts with suspensions.
