Queen is moved to tears as Lady Louise honors Philip's legacy - Royal Insider

Queen Elizabeth attended the Royal Windsor Horse Show Gala Dinner in tribute to Prince Philip. Audience applauded in memory of the Duke of Edinburgh who passed away last April. The Queen's granddaughter Lady Louise Windsor, 18, shared her grandfather's passion for carriage driving on one of his carriages. The Queen was all smiles as she made her way to her seat in the Royal Box.

Her appearance will reassure the public given widespread concern about her health. The Queen has been forced to cancel a string of engagements in recent months. Last week she missed the State Opening of Parliament, asking her son and grandson to stand in. But aides insist she is in good spirits and very much in charge behind the scenes. The monarch watched Sunday night's Royal Variety Performance with a walking stick.
