Hello everyone. Continuing our walk on the abandoned Lehigh and New England railroad Allentown branch. This branch was built in 1919 and broke off the Lehigh and New England Bethlehem line. We follow it till it becomes the active Norfolk Southern cement secondary. We find a mill mark on the rails of 1926 and I believe the bridge is a Lehigh and New England span. From what I'm seeing the Lehigh and New England acquired a road called the Northampton railroad. This is how they got into the Bethlehem market. I'm in my early research stage for this area so I don't have a lot to offer yet. Thank you for watching 4/6/24
