Ingredients

Lamb mince - 2 pounds
For the lamb mixture: add the following.

Papaya (papita) paste.. 1 and 1/2 Tbsp
Fried onions.. 1/2 cup
Ginger Garlic paste.. 1 and 1/2 Tbsp
Green Chilli paste... 1 Tsp
Lemon juice.. 1 and 1/2 Tbsp
Natural yogurt.. 1 and 1/2 Tbsp
Cornstarch.. 1 Tsp
Gram flour... 1 Tbsp
Salt.. 1 Tsp
Ginger powder. 1 and 1/2 Tsp
Chili powder.. 1 and 1/2 Tsp
Chaat Masala.. 1 and 1/2 Tsp
Coriander powder.. 1 and 1/2 Tsp
Cumin.. 1 and 1/2 Tsp
Crushed Chili.. 1 and 1/2 Tsp
