FCCPC to Prosecute POS Operators Over Price Fixing

The chief executive officer, FCCPC, Babatunde Irukera, who disclosed this in a statement, averred that, any attempt to establish a PoS business cartel would be prohibited by the FCCPC.

Recalling that FCCPC had earlier warned AMMBAN to desist from fixing price or face prosecution, Irukera said: “Just because the Commission was yet to persecute any POS Operators, does not mean that it is weak.
