If you have made a mistake to payment using a wrong UPI ID or in the wrong QR code or if you have been subjected to any kind of online fraud using UPI, you can register your complaint on this NPCI portal. https://www.npci.org.in

While registering a UPI complaint on NPCI, you need to submit details like -
• Registered mobile number
• Email ID
• Date of Transaction
• Your issue regarding the transaction (on comment box)
• UPI ID
• Transaction ID (reference number)
• Settlement copy

एनपीसीआई पर यूपीआई शिकायत दर्ज करते समय, आपको निम्नलिखित विवरण प्रस्तुत करने होंगे -
• पंजीकृत मोबाइल नंबर
