It is with a great pleasure for us to present you the stories that received recognition last April from such distinguished institutions as Milwaukee Press Club and Wisconsin Broadcasters Awards. Voces de la Frontera May Day story received from the Milwaukee Press Club the Gold for Excellence in Journalism in the Best Long Hard Feature Story category. This story was also recognized by Wisconsin Broadcasters Awards with Third Place in the Best Hard News Investigative category. On the other hand, the story of “Somos Latinas” received First Place for part of Wisconsin Broadcasters Awards in the Best Use of category Video and the Silver award by Milwaukee Press Club in the Best Category Long Soft Feature Story.


En este programa es un gusto presentarles las historias de Adelante! que se hicieron acreedoras en el pasado abril a reconocimientos por parte de instituciones tan distinguidas como Milwaukee Press Club y Wisconsin Broadcasters Awards.
El reportaje de Voces de la Frontera May Day recibió por parte del
Milwaukee Press Club el Oro por la Excelencia en Periodismo en la
categoría Best Long Hard Feature Story. Esta historia también fue
reconocida por Wisconsin Broadcasters Awards con el Tercer Lugar en
la categoría Best Hard News Investigative.
Por otro lado la historia de “Somos Latinas” recibió el Primer Lugar por
parte de Wisconsin Broadcasters Awards en la categoría Best Use of
Video y el premio Plata por Milwaukee Press Club en la Categoria Best
Long Soft Feature Story
