Apartment hunting in Barcelona Poblenou with rent prices and tips

Poblenou is a very hip neighbourhood in Barcelona, where the old meets the new. It is nice and still have a local vibe despite many of the start up and tech companies are moving their offices here, and the expats with them.
But it also means, nice markets, good coffee and brunch places. Also menas higher prices nowadays.
By all means this neighbourhood is worth a visit and if you want to live close by the beach, this is your place.
