Cutting Cords & Letting Go (Reiki & ASMR)

Welcome to a gentle session of healing and letting go. With the unconditional love of Reiki and a few choice crystals and frequency, allow me to facilitate a sacred space for you to cut cords and let go of toxic people, attachments and situations in your life.

I'll begin with a sacred Palo Santo smoke cleanse, and sweep your aura with Reiki energy and my peach selenite. Next, out comes my black tourmaline for more sweeping and negative energy removal. We get into the cord cutting with a firm affirmation, allowing ourselves to breathe deeply as we let go of these attachments that no longer serve us. Lastly, I'll play a 285hz tuning fork while channeling Reiki to help raise your own energy, and strengthen your aura. We close with sealing in the healing and shaking my little rain stick, and a special thanks to all of you wonderful people around the world for over 50k subscribers!!
