Let's take a look at another of the oldest lines in World of Warships: the original Japanese torpedo-centric destroyers. Kicking things off is Tier V's Mutsuki.

My memories of playing Mutsuki back when she was the old Tier VI destroyer in the tech tree are not good ones. She was a straight downgrade from Minekaze the tier before (owing largely to how OP Minekaze was). But today's Tier V Mutsuki is a different animal. Her amazing stealth combined with her hard-hitting torpedoes and depth charges give her unexpected utility in the modern game. I think there's a lot to like here, and some really good lessons to learn as you begin working up this branch of ships. In this video I'll talk about how I build my Mutsuki, why I fit her out that way, how I recommend playing her, and follow all of that up with a game demonstrating the ship in action.
