Super Easy Egg Sandwich Recipe - Simple Breakfast Recipes | Quick and Delicious Sandwich at Home!

INGREDIENTS:

oil
egg
butter
bread (2 slices)
slice cheese
salt
tomato (4 slices)
onion (chopped)

PREPARATION PROCESS:

heat some oil on a pan
crack the egg into the pan
sprinkle some salt on the egg
cook for 2 minutes on medium-low flame
remove off the egg to a plate
heat another pan and add some butter
toast one bread well in the butter pan
separate it from the pan
repeat the process and toast one side of the other bread
put the slice cheese on the toasted side while the other side is being toasted
add some tomato slices on top of the slice cheese
sprinkle some salt
add some chopped onions
then add the fried egg & close the sandwich with the other bread that we toasted earlier
adjust seasoning and serve hot
