We finally got our RPod out of hibernation and went on a short two nights trip to the Chena River State Recreation Area, Alaska. We stayed at the Tors Trailhead Campground after checking out a different spot, but it was already taken. The mosquitoes were killing us, but we brought several different repellents. We arrived in the rain, but had a beautiful sunny second day and went for our first 10+ miles hike with our Golden Monsters.
