The Curved Top Hat is very much WIP. Currently the front cross rail will restrict the Y build volume. I am looking at this and an extended Top Hat based on the original Voron 0.1 panels. The front facing WM does require the Top Hat to be higher.

The current V.01 deck panel can be reused but will require some fabrication.

The Z Tilt and Z Tap appear to work very well, The Tap is based on the `stock` MGN9H Linear Rail & 5 volt Tap PCB.
The integration of the Tap reduces the Y axis build volume by 3 mm. I may be able to squeeze this down a little in the future.

There may also be further alternatives to the bed support to increase the Z axis build volume.

This design requires a second MGN7 rail on the X axis and one for the third Z lift. An upgraded control board to allow for the additional stepper drivers. Something with an integrated RPI module is the optimum choice regards available space.

The Knomi V2 & the Manta M8P mainboard were kindly supplied by BTT for ongoing product design & development. BTT have not had any direct input or editorial control of either the design or this video.
