This is your 40 Minute Dumbbell Strength & Cardio Tabata Workout. This is Day #19 of your Momentum Challenge. In this workout we are going to be working in the Tabata format of 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest in four minute rounds. Using your dumbbells we'll alternate between some strength back to basic rounds and some dumbbell cardio rounds. Are you ready? Let's do it!
