The biggest trout supplier in Papua New Guinea says the government has to help build the aquaculture industry if we are to develop and export market.

Betty Higgins who started trout farming 35 years ago in Simbu says bad roads, no communications infrastructure and lack of government support is continuing to the stagnant growth.

She started building her business on the 16th of September 1987 marks 33 years since she began.
