Indie is a semiconductor company. In this video we'll look at the pro forma valuation of Indie, which will be acquired by Thunder Bridge Acquisition, a SPAC trading as the THBR stock. Then we'll check out what the fair valuation of Indie is according to the SPAC and the company themselves.

And finally we'll calculate the fair market cap and price per share of the THBR stock, or basically, of Indie after it has been acquired by the SPAC. Spoiler alert: it looks like it's currently undervalued!

Keep in mind the video is just based on numbers from the investor presentation. The numbers are not a representation of my own opinions.
