DoubleTake is a great app if you are in to filmmaking. You can use two cameras at the same time on your iPhone to record with two different cameras. That means you can film with your front and back camera at the same time, useful for a lot of things including interviews. If you have more than one camera on the back you can use two of these so you get two angles at the same time. Why not record a wide and telephoto version at the same time. This works on the iPhone 11 Pro, iPhone 12 and iPhone 13.

This is useful for teaching, recording concerts, performances and more.

With the iPhone 13 Pro and Pro Max you can now record in ProRes.

By the way, I used the Rode Wireless Go II microphone when recording outside. What is useful is that it records on to the microphone so I didn't need to plug it into the iPhone, although I could have it would have unbalanced the gimbal. However, even if plugged into the iPhone or camera it is a useful backup. Link below if you are interested.
