Founded in 1969, Intergraph powered NASA and US Army projects and dominated the CAD and workstation industries. This rare card, part of the Intense3D lineup, boasts texture processing and was a high-end beast in its day. But can this relic of 3D graphics history still work on a modern Intel 13th Gen PC?

In this video, we test its compatibility with modern hardware, using two PCI Express to PCI adapters on an Intel 13th-gen setup and a PCI-friendly Asus P4S800 motherboard from 2004. Watch us push this card to run classic games like Quake 2, GLQuake, and Return to Castle Wolfenstein, exploring its performance at 32-bit color depth. RealiZm II cards are high-performance, OpenGL-based, 3D graphics accelerators that include rasterization, optional texturing, and optional geometry acceleration: ZX13, VX113, and VX113 AGP include 16 MB of frame buffer memory and support resolutions up to 1.3 Mpixels (1280 x 1024). ZX25 and VX25 include 32 MB of frame buffer memory and support resolutions up to 2.5 Mpixels (1824 x 1368).
