How To Make Exponents In Google Docs i.e superscript in Google Docs is shown in this video. To make an exponent in Google Docs there are two methods given below
Method 1
1. Go to the "View" option
2 Click on the shown equation toolbar
3. Click on the "New Equation" to insert equation editor
4. Under "math operators" select "X exponent b" option
5. Enter the alphabet, press the "forward arrow key" on your keyboard to go to the exponent, and enter the number or an alphabet

This method is useful for writing chemical reactions, chemical equation as well as math equations

Method 2
1. select what you want to superscript
2. Go to the "Format option and click on "Text"
3. Click on Superscript to make the exponent
